To achieve this goal, plastic is gradually replacing steel, especially in key components such as tailgates, and the design concept of "replacing steel with plastic" has attracted widespread attention. Currently, in the design of plastic tailgates, PPLGF40 is used for the inner panel and PP+EPDM-T30 is used for the outer panel, which are bonded together with polyurethane adhesive.
