It clearly stipulated that the "low-temperature mileage attenuation rate shall not exceed 35%" and will be fully implemented from June 1, 2024.
However, the results of a new energy vehicle winter test project recently held by a certain automotive media show that the range achievement rate of most models is below 50%, which is a considerable gap from the new regulations.
