From June 13th to 15th, the 17th SNEC PV+(2024) International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Exhibition will be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai). With an exhibition area of over 380000 square meters, it has attracted more than 3600 companies from around the world to participate, with over 500000 registered visitors. All three major indicators have reached historic highs.
However, with the steady development of photovoltaic energy, most companies adopt battery energy storage system products cooled by liquid heat exchange. However, this cooling method can easily form condensation on the surface of components inside the battery compartment, causing external short circuits in the internal cells or damage to electronic components on the circuit board, leading to accidents.
Our anti condensation coating meets UL94-V0 and multi condition anti condensation tests, and can achieve no condensation on the condensing plate after circulating 18 ℃ constant temperature water for 2 hours at 25 ℃, 35 ℃, 45 ℃, and 55 ℃ corresponding to RH 55% and 65% environments, respectively. The above characteristics greatly improve the safety of photovoltaic energy storage.
